Below are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive.

• How do I place an order?
  • We are a wholesale manufacturer and work through our network of dealers across the United States. Please use our Find a Dealer link to access a quick list of dealers by state. If your area is not listed, please feel free to use the contact us form to request a referral.
    
• Can I send my own artwork?
  • We have specific guidelines in place regarding set up to be certain your finished plaque will look it’s best- with images that cast clearly and easy to read text. A layout proof is included with all dedication and memorial plaque orders to confirm accuracy.
    If you have a specific font choice that we don’t have or a custom logo you would like included please submit via email to your dealer as listed below:
    
    – Fonts files can be emailed for our use in setting up your plaque or if supplying
    completed layout, kerning should be a minimum of 80% so no letters are touching
    and condensed no more than 80% so integrity of font is maintained. All text should
    then be converted to curves or outlines and sent in .ai or .eps format.
    
    – Typesetting should be done with a minimum letter height of 1/4″ if using all capital
    letters or a minimum of 3/8″ letters if using upper/lowercase letters.
    
    – Custom logos/images should be sent as black and white vector art (no shading or
    grayscale) in .ai or .eps format and will be evaluated for casting ability once size is
    determined. Images with intricate detail or reversed letters are not recommended
    and will most likely not be usable.
    
• What is the largest/smallest plaque you can cast?
  • Smallest possible cast plaque would be approximately 1/2″ x 3″.
    Largest possible cast plaque varies due to our mold sizes and weight restrictions, but would range from about 850 square inches for a bronze plaque to about 2,000 square inches for aluminum. If you have something close to these sizes, contact us to be sure your size is possible.
    
• What is the standard production time?
  • Regular production times can fluctuate seasonally, but averages are listed below.
    – Dedication/Memorial Plaques: approx. 15-20 work days after proof approval.
    – Economy Plaques: approx. 15-20 work days. Proofs are not included.
    – Address/Yard/Mailbox Plaques: approx. 12-15 work days. Proofs are not included.
    – Bumper Plaques & Frames: approx. 10-12 work days. Proofs are not included.
    
• Do you offer a Rush Service?
  • We do offer rush services when possible. There is a $50.00 minimum for all rush orders. Time frames listed below apply AFTER proof layout approval.
    – 10 or less work days – ADD 50%
    – 5 working days – ADD 100%
    Special NDA or 2DA shipping will be added if necessary and will be confirmed by our staff before shipping.
